Shipping, Handling & Returns

Please note that any customs duties or taxes related costs that may incur as deemed by your country's legal regulations will be borne by the customer. We therefore strongly advise our customers to check with your local authorities before completing any orders. 
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts. We are not liable for unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions or customs clearance procedures.

HANDLING TIMES

Whilst our aim is to pack orders within 24 hours.  To ensure all orders are packaged with precision and care, we allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Once the order has been filled, you will receive a confirmation email with the parcel's tracking number.
All orders come with a tracking number. 

SHIPPING TIMES

For domestic orders, please allow 2-5 business days for Standard shipping. 
Please note shipping times may be affected by COVID-19. The timeframes noted above are estimates only. We apologise in advance for any delayed  deliveries. 

RETURN POLICY

Our store does not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure of your order as all sales are final!
